Our course was developed to provide students with a culinary approach to modern Mixology. Just as a Chef is a master of food, our goal is to train our students as a masters of beverages. But we at the College of Mixology pay special attention to developing a student’s ability to understand flavour methodology; so they can create the classics, spins on them, and entirely new ones altogether.
